Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items you may purchase and to refuse any order.

Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP and are not subject to VAT, with the exception of postage. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

    3. Orders and Payments

    Order Process: Orders can ONLY be accepted via this web store. This helps to formulate all orders, eliminate errors, and filters seemlesly through to our accounting system which produces your invoice.

    Payment Methods: Payments must be made prior to your order being dispatched. We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, etc. Orders will NOT be dispatched until payment is received in our bank account.

    Order Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled once the order has been collected by our courier. However, you may return items according to our returns policy.

      4. Delivery

      Delivery Areas: We offer delivery to England, Scotland and Wales. Orders for Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle Of Man or any other off shore area may be able to be done but higher courier charges will be required and time scales will need to be discussed in advance.

      Delivery Issues: If you experience a delivery that has exceeded 36 hours from dispatch, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

        5. Returns and Refunds

        Returns Policy: You have the right to return products once 36 hours has passed since dispatch, for which OKD LTD will offer a full refund or exchange order. This will be subject to discussion and accurate information being provided.

        Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive the returned items. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
